Deliveries are made under cover, to ground floor loading area. For other requirements, including installation please contact us.
Delivery is normally 3 to 4 weeks from date of placing your order, however this can increase during peak periods, please contact us for further information if required.
Deliveries are normally made in 7.5T or 18T vehicles.

Our products are manufactured to customer order. Cancelled or returned goods will incur a 25% restocking charge. Please note; our Elements range, upholstered seating and cloakroom benching ranges can only be returned if faulty and not for any other reason.
Whilst every effort is taken to ensure descriptions on our website and in our catalogues are accurate, inevitable changes to products may occur. We therefore reserve the right to make necessary substitutions, whilst ensuring standards of quality and performance are maintained. Colours shown in the catalogue and on screen should be used for guidance only as variations may occur in the printing process and depending on the monitor used. Swatches are available on request.
Payment terms are 30 days net from invoice date or proforma.
All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT which will be added to all invoices at the rate of ruling at the date of despatch. Every effort is made to ensure pricing on our website is correct. We reserve the right to amend prices should adverse circumstances or market conditions make this necessary.
Subject to clauses (i), (ii) and (iii), all goods supplied by the Company are guaranteed for 5 years from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated against faulty materials and workmanship. During this period, goods will be repaired or have parts replaced free of charge provided that:
1. The goods can be inspected by the Company and evidence of purchase date provided
2. The goods have been purchased by the user and not for hire purposes
3. The goods have been subject to fair wear and tear during normal office hours
4. The goods have not been misused or handled carelessly or treated otherwise than in accordance with the product care guidance provided by the Company
5. Repairs have not been attempted other than by the Company
6. (i) all moving parts are subject to the same warranty as above save that the warranty period is 2 years
(ii) all fabric from the Company’s standard ranges used in the goods is subject to the same warranty as above save that the warranty period is 3 years
(iii) unless otherwise agreed in writing, fabric chosen by the Customer that is outside the Company’s standard ranges and fabric supplied by the customer for incorporation into goods is not covered by any of the above warranties.
Goods shall remain the property of eme Furniture until payment has been made in full.
